The data were collected by randomly surveyed 423 students from the 3rd to the 6th grade in Shuanghe District of New Taipei City. The research findings are as follows. First, there is a significant, positive, and direct effect between body image and BMI, while “dietary behaviors” and “physical activities” act as weak mediating effect on BMI. Second, there is a significant and positive correlation between “body image” and “being fond of drinking sugary beverages” and “the sweat losses during school day exercises.” This indicates that students are not likely to change their dietary habits or increase physical activities despite they are overweight or obese. Third, there is a moderator effect of gender and age on the relationship between “body image” and “the sweat losses during school day exercises.” Under the condition of the same body image, the sweat loss of boys is higher than girls, and the sweat loss during school day exercises of middle grade students is higher than high grade students. Fourth, there is a moderator effect of the age of students on the relationship between “body image” and “being fond of drinking sugary beverages.” Under the condition of the same body image, high grade students drink more sugary beverages than middle grade students. Finally, there is a moderator effect of “time spent or frequency on using 3C products” on the relationship between “being fond of drinking sugary beverages,” “the sweat losses during school day exercises” and “body mass index.” The body mass index of students using 3C products 1-2 times per week is higher than those who do not use 3C products, and the body mass index of students using 3C products more than two hours is higher than those who use 3C products less than one hour.
