The research conclusions are below in detail:
1.The 1st of importance of aspects in general industry is policies; the 1st of practical level is policies; the 1st of importance of key factors in general industry is perception of managers and acceptance of resources provision, and the 1st of effects of practical level is the execution of interior audit.

3.In different classes of employees, none reached significant difference in the effect perception aspects of importance and practical level; a partial item reached significant difference in the key factors effect perception of importance and practical level.
4.In different scales of organizations, none reached significant difference in the effect perception aspects of importance and practical level; none reached significant difference perception of importance on key factors, and a partial item reached significant difference of the effect perception in practical level.
