碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 餐旅管理學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === The purpose of this research is to discuss the current situation and corresponding condition of school transition services and practical training satisfaction to future career development, and compare the different conditions of these 3 dimensions in the various background variables of students. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the university students in the hospitality department in the Taipei area. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed, and 480 effective samples were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 96%. In the dimensions of transition services analysis, the dimension of career need is the most identified for the students. In the dimensions of practical training satisfaction, the dimension of workplace profession is the most identified. For future career development, the dimension of career confidence is the most identified. In the comparison of various individual background variables vs. practical training, practical training satisfaction and future career development show significant differences partially. In the practical training, the satisfaction shows a significant positive impact to all the dimensions of future career development. The result of multiple regression analysis reveals that from the performance of practical training satisfaction in the transition services for students, their performance in their future career development should be predicted.
