Therefore, to explore the meaning of life, self-transcendence and other health issues for the spiritual life of the elderly verification great importance. In this study, prospective seniors perceived health and spiritual health of religious and eco-tourism were discussed. The commission invited questionnaires to assist travel agencies in Taiwan four questionnaires, each questionnaire quota of 100 parts, a total of 400 parts. Sampling object visitors need to have the senior citizens over 50 years of age, questionnaire for the March 20, 2015 to April 20, 2015, net of invalid questionnaires 32 parts, the number of 368 valid questionnaires. The empirical results of this study can be found, the spiritual health of the eco-tourism showed a positive correlation (0.581); the spiritual health of religious tourism showed a positive correlation (0.473); perceived health eco-tourism showed a positive correlation (0.265); perceived health of religious tourism showed a positive correlation (0.309), on behalf of the prospective seniors perceived health and spiritual health of religious and eco-tourism does exist a positive relationship. The results of this study provide prospective seniors willingness to enhance religious tourism and eco-tourism, the travel industry are more likely to provide senior citizens to associate marketing purposes.
