There are three hypothesis to this study: 1. The relationship between violation of psychological contract and organizational commitment of part-time banquet employees at international tourist hotels. 2. The LMX acts as a moderator between the violation of psychological contract and organizational commitment of part-time banquet employees at international tourist hotels. 3. The TMX acts as a moderator between the violation of psychological contract and organizational commitment of part-time banquet employees at international tourist hotels. The research was done on a stratified sampling, focusing on part-time banquet employees from 18 hotels in Taiwan, distributing a total of 540 surveys. 455 valid surveys were collected and collection effectiveness was 84.2%. The research shows: 1. The violation psychological contract of part-time banquet employees has a negative impact on organizational commitment. 2. There is no significant sign that the LMX acts as a moderator between the violation of psychological contract and organizational commitment of part-time banquet employees at international tourist hotels. 3. There is a positive sign that the TMX acts as a moderator between the violation of psychological contract and organizational commitment of part-time banquet employees at international tourist hotels. This research suggests that hotel employers should start by decreasing the violation of psychological contract and strengthening of TMX when they are setting up human resource policies, so as to maintain and elevate their commitment to the organization.
