However, the government authority’s keeps opening financial business, and securities firm also increase business type, these securities firm still can’t avoid the effect from the local and foreign political and economic situation, especially the effect to recover the stock transaction tax and under the whole bad investment environment, the local securities market is getting weakness, and lose the majority income from the business, the securities manager environment is getting bad, these securities firms must make the competitive strategy to maintain the industry development in future, what kind of competitive strategy can win the market in future will become very important research topic.
In recent, the securities firm industry thru M&A to improve their market share and develop new financial products & business activity, the industry business scale has already became the big ones getting the bigger. Therefore, this research is a case study as target to understand the securities firm and industry, the development status from now and future trends, under the industry analysis and competitive strategy construction, thru the strategy plan and foundation analysis, and analysis the securities firm and industry management environment and business status, to combine the analysis results for the whole environment, to measure out the outside competitive and opportunity; also analysis the case study company’s strength, weakness, and the comparison with the competitor, to link the company’s competitive ability to scheme out the most strong competitive strategy.
The case study is to research a subsidiary of financial control group, under the Financial Supervisory Commission strongly improve the transaction rules for the stock market in Taiwan, this company contribute to expand the market scale and keep to opening various transaction limitation, meanwhile, to open the offshore financial business, in order to expand the securities firm and industry niche market and the relative analysis management and strategy, according to the purpose of this research, will provide the case study company development strategy in future, and the relative securities firm as reference at the same time.

(3) The transaction behavior has been changed, the cycle rate keeps going down, must hold the investment for a little long period of time.

3. Suggestion for Security industry
(1) Must speed to cancel the barrier, to be liberalize and international.
(2) International security branch business policy is going to announce,It will change the construction of security business type in future.
(3) The Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement is still waiting for approval for the content of agreement.
(4) The security business focus on financial transaction market, the only way is to create innovation development in order to avoid to lose the competitive ability.
4. The suggestion to the researcher in future
To meet the change of channel, the security business model must be change accordingly, due to the local security business development in Taiwan at the present stage, most focus on international, increase size, financial control, and multiple products construction, electrical channel development, that is the future trend of security business development, so the research for future in security business can keep to watch the development trend to provide more benefit strategy on security industry in future.
