In the most of the supplier's management researches are focused on the new supplier selection or supplier performance evaluation, and it was few research about subsisting supplier selection theories. Based on the above motivation, the study want to understand the current manufacturing industry in the supplier selection model and subsisting supplier selection models in case. The study was to explore selection models and indicators of new suppliers and subsisting suppliers, after case studies of stamping industries expert interviews and expert questionnaire. Finally, the results obtained have four: (1)From case A company , we proposed new supplier selection to subsisting excellent suppliers from case company practice processes produce a three-stage model, including new supplier selection mode, the monthly qualified supplier evaluation model and the year subsisting supplier evaluation model. (2)The study proposed new supplier selection AHP model six faces, including “Price”, "Quality”, "Delivery”, "Technical”, "Service” and "Production”. (3)The study proposed subsisting supplier evaluation AHP model seven faces, including “Price”, "Quality”, "Delivery”, "Production”, "Sales Service”, "E-Procurement Capability”and "Relationship”. (4)According to subsisting supplier three-stage pattern, this study presents A comany to recommend the evaluation model of new supplier selection and subsisting supplier computer systematic application.
