| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === With the rapid development of new technology to promote the progress of modern variety of computer mediated communication (CMC) software, bankers how to select the appropriate communication of information as a tool of information and using CMC software performance impact on the project team's work.
In this research, uses instant messaging software, Email software, social networking and knowledge platform for the independent variables, on the research to the influence that process of communication, interaction, relationship, communication quality, mutual trust and work performance. Uses the questionnaire survey method to the information project personnel and recovering 244 valid questionnaires.
In this research, the following three research :
1.Through computer mediated communication (CMC) software makes the communication process to produce effective communication quality and through good interaction and relationship, enables project team to produce mutual trust, thereby increasing the team's work performance.
2.If personal belonging to different company information projects, in the communication process because there will be a variety of communication formats and a variety of sources situation in different places, through the use of computer mediated communication (CMC) software can increase communication quality.
3.When information project team through the use of computer mediated communication (CMC) software to interactive and communication, if raise communication quality and mutual trust degree of team, also can to the enhancement work performance.
