Abstract:
Recently, because of the rapid development of information about mobile technology, the current application of the mobile network has become a part of life. How to use the Internet existing technologies—such as combined with sales industry of related cloud computing platform, and Big Data analytics—is to enhance the correctness ability of a wide range of global enterprise problems to describe in details (i.e., descriptive analytics), the evaluation capacity of issue forecasting (i.e., predictive analytics), as well as the high-performance ability for solving problems (i.e., prescriptive analytics), which includes a variety of different types of problems for decision support system (or so-called business intelligence in practice) (Sharda, Delen, and Turban, 2014).
The practical cases of this study focused on “global tea-drink chain performance management support system” of the operations management headquarters located in Taipei, and its graphic interface provides instant management information correctly, in order to facilitate the development of the right decisions, so that the whole enterprise multi-objective planning successfully integrated the weighted value of each objective for optimal combination of the tea-drink chain.
Further, this study makes use of the characteristics of the Internet to perform the managerial analysis of the practical case, and applies each regional color of Google Maps and historically structured data of data warehouse, as well as unstructured data analytics of Big Data to present development trends and performance of the various branches. Finally, based on the comparison of operations performance of each season, an experienced expert group applied the evolutionary prototyping method to perform analytic hierarchy process (AHP) for revising the analytic results in a more sophisticated way, such that allows the overall members of the enterprise obtain dynamic standard operation procedure (SOP) by the above process, and the operations management can achieve the estimating goals.
