With specifically designed aptitude test, students can evaluate if humanities and arts occupational group suit themselves. Students can therefore discover what their potential are, adaptively develop and implement a workable career planning. This research was conducted through literature reviews and expert questionnaires in order to accomplish an aptitude test with reliability and validity. Subjects of the study are 8th and 9th grade junior students in New Taipei City. There are four important test dimensionalities in this research: “Chinese words and expressions”, “Verbal reasoning”, “English proficiency”, and “Aesthetic competencies”. The result shows significant deviation in terms of “Gender”, “Grade”, and “District”.
