With the increasing of spending less and less time with family members, family vacation is considered as a way to rebuild the relationships. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence strategy that adolescent exerts and the impact within family vacation decision making. Influence strategy includes bargain, persuasion, request and emotional, decision-making consists of three stages, initiation, information search and decision. Our study invest aged in two similar cultures, namely Taiwan and South Korea.These culture almost identically with geography and deeply influenced by Confucianism. A convenience sample of 621 from four private vocational high schools was selected, 270 valid were from Taiwan, and 268 were from South Korea. This study reveals the following results: Taiwan and South Korea adolescent exert bargaining and request strategy separately. Moreover, South Korea adolescents can weaken moderate persuasion and request strategy during initiation stage. Also, South Korea adolescents can strengthen moderate bargaining and persuasion strategy during final decision stage.
