Like you make a decisions to wear or to eat, maybe choose work, marriage or other life planning, life is the things that making decisions. 1978 Nobel laureate in economics, but also the economic organization decision management guru Herbert Alexander Simon said: "Decision is heart of management." If people lack the ability to make decisions, often caught in a dilemma predicament. It is difficult to found "forward-looking" and "backward-looking" of personal decisions in real life, people do things are not the same because their perspective and ideas, and we don't know that the future looks like, so, the research explore maybe inaccurate from the perspective of people. This study used the movie《The Grandmasters》which is praise at home and abroad, and has won numerous prizes, I used the film's protagonists background and dialogue analyzed the "forward-looking" and "backward-looking" of individual decisions by management matrix analysis, last was to explored the advantages and disadvantages of the decision-making, than summarized four factors influence the decision of forward-looking and backward-looking.
