Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 心理學系 === 103 === The subjects were a well-known food companies in Taiwan, Singapore branched out into something more territory, Japan and Beijing, such as difficulties in cases of company transformation process which, thus introducing "relationship Workshop" change the course of difficulties, thus introducing "relationship Workshop" attempt improve communication relations among members of the organization. The researchers intended to understand the "Workshop" is suitable for intervention programs in the use of qualitative narrative analysis and depth interviews to understand the course of the case company after party members parameters change. The results showed that "relations Workshop" for the company to bring the case, organizations, groups of people in three areas results. Organizational levels: through workshops opportunity to solve a problem intersectoral platforms; community level: handling interpersonal conflict chance; the individual level: a leader in style and subordinates into care work efficiency. Finally, the study focused on the implementation of intervention programs, restrictions, and recommendations.
