The technique of crime is changing rapidly and smartly.The target of Fidelity Bond insurance is designed for the loss of all the property of the insured person who caused damage to property of the insured person entrusted with the custody. Compare to other insurances, Fidelity Bond insurance (employee honesty insurance) is neither tangible nor liability insurance. The special part of this insurance is that the policy object is the employee’s mind or behavior not the employee’s physical body. It is quite differently which compared with other life or property insurances. We issued 200 questionnaires and collect 167, the validity return rate is 83.5%. After regression analysis, research result shows that(1)The higher risk management perception, the higher demand of Fidelity Bond insurance;the higher risk management perception, the higher demand of Fidelity Bond insurance. (2)The higher operation risk perception, the higher demand of Fidelity Bond insurance.(3)The higher employee risk perception, the higher demand of Fidelity Bond insurance.(4) The higheremployment fidelity guarantyperception, the higher demand of Fidelity Bond insurance. In addition to the above factors which have been verified that would affect the demand ofFidelity Bond insurance. (5) Finally, the higher demand of Fidelity Bond insurance, the stronger the purchase intention of Fidelity Bond insurance is verified and the demand attitude has a significant positive impact on purchase intention. 李銘章 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 71 zh-TW
