Hydrogen is one of effective solution for replacing petroleum fuel. This study carries out the hydrogen fuel electric car styling design study by collecting he relevant literatures, case studying existing commercial electric vehicles which can be the basic design, and two-stage general and expert questionnaire survey which produces the results for analysis. All analysis results are reference for future hydrogen fuel cell car design, and the design of this study. In the end, this study designs an innovative and stylish appearance of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. From the first stage of expert studies conclude, the more popular cars styling features are: (1) smooth lines and new looking car models can get the high degree of attention (2) the streamlined body can catch public eyes and reduce wind resistance (3) the harmonic proportion of the overall shape can leave a strong impression (4) integrally molded with the body headlights, trendy sense of technology can do for cars finishing touch (5) a combination taillights and tailgate, neat lines to improve the integrity of (6) on both sides of the door design waist lines, simple and neat to show dynamic (7) for the car side rear-view mirror and the body to maintain the overall consistency (8) C-pillar curvature affects the overall sense of the body side. The second phase of questionnaire survey, the general questionnaire survey, explores the differences in big data can be more objective and clear determination of the important relative vehicle exterior styling features. After a comprehensive analysis of the appearance of the aforementioned vehicles, the concept design integrates Feng Chia University logo concept, the specific case of popular car models exterior styling features factor, and Eco-Friendly color, This study eventually designed a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle through several stages from the initial shape to the final shape using 3D graphics software and the drawings all are shown in this study.
