Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 機械與電腦輔助工程學系 === 103 === This research is aimed at flatness of corten steel SPA-H in skinpass line and using Taguchi Method to obtain the optimum rolling parameters. In skinpass line the common defect is about the strip’s flatness. It causes the wave on the strip, in rolling process, the elongation was different between strip’s center and side. The factors contain the machine, parameter setting, environment and manual operation etc. The research applied the Taguchi method to analyze. Pass through listing the control factors, setting the numbers of level, choosing the orthogonal array and analyzing the effect of factor. According experimental data to adjust parameters and discuss the best parameter combination. Through this study analysis,the optimum parameter combination is: rolling force 2400kN, tension leveler intermesh 30mm, recoiler tension 120kN, bending force 400kN. It would improve the flatness up to 31.58% by using these parameter in the process. The results also show that this method can effectively improve the skinpass line quality,and reduce the cost.
