Therefore, a lot of countries have applied greenhouse gas emission reduction measures. The reduction mechanism was formally developed in 2005 Kyoto Protocol to slow down the effects. The raise of anti-nuclear awareness in past years and the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear release incident in 2011 push the government to change the energy policies to “stably reduce nuclear and step towards nuclear-free homeland” accompanied with power increase and development, in consideration of the economic development in Taiwan. The development of green energy and new technologies therefore becomes a future direction for the electric power in Taiwan. Under the difficulty in power development, a new generation technology improvement, steam turbine dense pack technology (Dense Pack), can relatively enhance the efficiency and achieve the energy saving and carbon reduction. Not only is the cost of generating unit reduced, but the relative greenhouse gas emission is reduced. This study focuses on the improvement of the unit A in the Taichung Power Plant and investigates the positive benefits to the entire unit, such as the obvious increase of power generated and the fuel consumed by the unit A. For the vision of protecting the earth with energy saving and carbon reduction, we show that the new improvement can help reach the goals. 劉炳麟 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 65 zh-TW |
