Take the professional corporate of vegetable juice in taiwan as an object of study;after interviewing the corporate founder, i have learned the hardness of starting a business and understood the importance of being creative and prospective to keep a corporate young. Be on top of that, the followers seem the leader as a father of this company. The culture of corporate and what they value can have a profound influence. According to the interview data, i will analyze the relationship among leader characteristics, corporate culture and operations innovation in the following: Firstly, leader characteristics can influence corporate culture;also, practical behavior can have a deep impact of follower’s working attitude and executive ability. Last but not least, if leadership style of the leader is democratic and innovative, employees tend to have same values to follow the leader in the hard time of operating a business, and all together to set a goal for corporate for a even brighter future. 邱世寬 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 86 zh-TW
