Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === In the current years, taiwan has been suffered from food safety scandals, which made customers started to pay more attention on brand image while choosing products.product lifecycle of traditional beverage products is short, how can a business leader keep being innovative to enhance corporate value and market competitiveness in such hard time deserves further study. Take the professional corporate of vegetable juice in taiwan as an object of study;after interviewing the corporate founder, i have learned the hardness of starting a business and understood the importance of being creative and prospective to keep a corporate young. Be on top of that, the followers seem the leader as a father of this company. The culture of corporate and what they value can have a profound influence. According to the interview data, i will analyze the relationship among leader characteristics, corporate culture and operations innovation in the following: Firstly, leader characteristics can influence corporate culture;also, practical behavior can have a deep impact of follower’s working attitude and executive ability. Last but not least, if leadership style of the leader is democratic and innovative, employees tend to have same values to follow the leader in the hard time of operating a business, and all together to set a goal for corporate for a even brighter future.
