The research respondents were the employees of real estate industry. The study tool was a questionnaire which was designed to include work press, leisure lifestyle and sense of well-being inventories. 350 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and there were 331 copies collected, of which 3 ones were invalid. The effective collection rate was 94.57%. The data of collected questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical approaches. Through descriptive statistics, reliable statistics, Pearson product correlation analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe paired comparisons, the research results have shown as the followings: 1. Among the social economic backgrounds of the study samples, only real estate brokers’ genders have significant differences in work stress, leisure lifestyles and sense of well-being. 2. There is a significant relationship between work stress and leisure lifestyles for real estate brokers . 3. There is a significant relationship between leisure lifestyles and sense of well-being for real estate brokers. 4. There is a significant relationship between work stress and sense of well-being for real estate brokers. According to the study results, some suggestions in leisure activity participation are presented for the real estate brokers’ references.
