Our results strongly indicated that uniform ZnO microsphere with various sizes (120~360 nm) were produced by sol-gel, and the well-arrangement ZnO PhCs templates were formed by IHEISA method. We obtained Au nanoparticles with various sizes (avg. 12~28 nm) via chemical reduction method and then dispersed the Au particles on the PhCs of ZnO microspheres, which demonstrated high aspect ratio through aerodynamic spraying method. The results showed that the well-dispersed Au nanoparticles evenly dispersed into the surfaces and voids of PhCs templates displayed more than 30 times of signal enhancement due to SERS effect as compared the samples without PhC substrates. 駱榮富 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW
