The author is the leader of “Aboriginal Dance Culture & Art Group”. Initially, the group was a small team in a high-school. However, members do great effort with full patienca. Years later, the group could perform in international stages. This is a deeply touched story of the group over twenty years. The author combined the theory and practice, try to find the links between the group’s experience and cultural diamond, sociology of art, and business ecosystem.
