In this study, a pico-liter piezoelectric dispenser system is used to prepare CdS-based photocatalyst arrays with different photocatalyst compositions. Combined with combinatorial method together with high-throughout are applied to systematically and rapidly identify the optimal photocatalytic efficiency compositions. At this time, we increased the temperature as the independent variableand found the 200℃calcinationtemperature has the best photocurrent, and then doped the second element to modify with the same calcination temperature, the result shows the In0.2Cd0.8S with more photocatalytic activity. The physic-chemical property and photocatalytic efficiency of CdS and In0.2Cd0.8S photocatalyst were investigated. We also proposed the photocatalytic mechanism of the optimal photocatalyst.
