The technology of the intelligent automation is widely applied in manufacture or everyday life. The project “Industry 4.0”, which was made by Germany, is so-called the fourth industrial revolution. Using different kinds of sensors and control systems makes the manufacturing methods much more flexible. With the application of cloud computing, Information and Communication technology, and analytical system, the rapid adjustment and framing a tactical target can be achieved. In this study, the process steps of analysis methods and tools improve the handling command delayed problem of the bottleneck device panel packing machine in automated material handling system. First collect the handling command log between the Stocker and devices in the material control system. The research goal is to reduce the overall lead time of handling command. Through the analysis, the Stocker Full rate more than 80%, and the insufficient Stocker Empty Cassette are the reasons of causing moving command delay.
