Delimiting hillside, slope analysis at this stage is in accordance with our practice hillside scoping and review changes to the technical specifications and soil conservation work points to calculate. However, in these regulations which, calculated on the basis not the same, and there is no requirement to use the opportunity in detail, at this stage the numerical terrain model (DEM) is more common fine, slope analysis of existing legal way not explicitly added using the DEM data to calculate the slope, Therefore, this study will use the DEM slope analysis data were discussed, and recommendations related to the existing legislation. In this study, Tainan mountain range, picked out six different patterns experimental area, and the use of 5m, 10m, 25m, 40m, 80m DEM of different mesh sizes and two different slope analysis method - grid method and the venturi block France to study. The main aim was to compare different methods of slope analysis slope analysis under grid size differences and understand the ways of the slope analysis is preferred. In the analysis of the results shows that in the case of the same method of calculation grids of different sizes, the smaller the grid, although more accurate, but the outcome of the slope will appear quite broken and fragmented, and it can be seen from the results for the analysis of topographic change The method is of considerable influence, grid method area03 presented with 04 results from 40m to 80m difference in the results with respect to changes in other experimental areas for more intense. The comparison between the two in order to comply with the provisions of the regulations and at the same benchmark to compare the premise, so to hillside 80m scoping review and change the reference point specified in the job, talk to other grids were compared. The results showed that the grid method to calculate the change in the 40m turn into the results with the results of 80m 80m hill block method similar, and in terms of time and efficiency calculation on, the grid method is obviously much higher, so the legislation is still 80m of the case can be calculated to 40m mesh DEM of the grid method to replace the current block method mound.
