碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 土木工程學系 === 103 === ABSTRACT In general construction personnel have an incomplete comprehension of specifications and restrictions about the cleanness of the cleanroom. In an occupied manufacturing cleanroom, if particles in the room reached to a maximum amount, products will be contaminate, and the proportion of goods damaged will increases, and if the damages gets to seriously the manufacturing lane will be forced to stop, causing orders delay. This study uses a TFT Gorilla Glass Factory cleanroom in Central Taichung to analyze, because the finished products often requires to co-operate with clients with modifications, this causes renovations in cleanrooms. To lower the hazardous risk of each phaseduring constructions, “cleanroom construction standard procedure” is analyzed. The main research method uses the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safely Management System Standard (2007 Edition) to evaluate hazardous identification risk to detect actual and potential occupational hazards and risks, then by using PDCA occupational safety and health management system to provide prevention, control and management methods. Using the safety and health management seven-step risk evaluation to analyze the range of acceptable risk allowed and countermeasure discussion, to prevent high-risk damage of personnel in the cleanroom environment, this study could be a reference for related constructionon risk management in the future.
