Moreover, the study will also comprehend the differences of different demographic variables in attitude, perceived value and behavioral intention of vegetarian. According to the purposes mentioned above, this study takes junior high school staff & students as the subject. Simple random sampling and stratified cluster sampling were used to conduct the questionnaire survey. Total 385 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The statistical methods include descriptive statistical, t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis. The major findings in this study are summarized as follows. The Staff & students' different genders, age, personal and family eating habits have significant differences in the attitude toward environment, perceived value and behavioral intention of vegetarian. There are significant correlations between staff & students' attitude toward environment & health, and behavioral intention of vegetarian. Staff & students’ perceived value and behavioral intention of vegetarian are also strongly correlated. Moreover, there are significant positive correlations between staff & students’ perceived value and attitude. Attitude and perceived value can effectively predict behavioral intention of vegetarian. Furthermore, the “attitude toward nutrition & health” has the best prediction. Finally, hoping the results of this study can provide group catering as the reference for further meal planning and the direction of policy advocacy about Vegetarian. Last but not least, the study also hopes the staff & students will keep positive and wholesome attitude to support vegetarian meals in life.
