Questionnaires are distributed in 13 junior high schools and 8 Internet cafes. 600 questionnaires are valid among all 815 questionnaires as a result of 76% response rate. Five scales are applied to gathering data, including Mini-Maker, CIAS, Real and Virtual Interaction Scale and finally, Internet Flow Experience Scale. SPSS 12.0 is employed to analyze date by the means of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results are stated below. The amount of time in Internet use bears positive correlation with Internet addiction. Junior high school students’ extraversion and neuroticism are relevant to Internet addiction. Junior high school students’ interpersonal relationship has significant bearing on Internet addition. Junior high school students’ Internet flow experience has positive correlation to Internet addiction.The amount of time in Internet using, neuroticism, interpersonal relationships, Cyber flow experience bear positive prediction about Internet addiction. The paper examines the relationship between junior high school students’ Internet addition and the four different variables. The results and suggestions are presented for further studies.
