Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 環境工程學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === The cleaning process is of utmost important in paper industry. The fundamental purpose of process is, of course, to ready the vessel for subsequent use. However, the cleaning process, in and of itself, has other critical dimensions such as reducing cleaning time, cleaning fluid, cleaning chemicals and/or energy consumption. There are also other reasons to clean the reactors and tanks, such as ensuring that the tank is safe for entry by service staff and/or compliance with hygienic standards in order to maintain consistently high product quality.
How to save the water source in paper industry? Make a change for cleaning type, especially more important for tank cleaning. Tank cleaning requires the use of water. In some cases, huge amounts of water are required to clean vessels. By choosing the right tank cleaning technology, process optimization can be achieved using the least possible amounts of water thereby conserving water as well as the energy required to transport and heat it for use in tank cleaning and to treat it for reuse in subsequent wastewater treatment as follows processes.
The majority of the water in industrial processes is used towards:
1. Heating and cooling of products, such as in boilers or heat exchangers,
2. Cleaning in general, such as un tanks and floors,
3. Washing and rinsing – Process mixing and blending, which varies significantly from industry to industry,
4. Spray drying, evaporation, centrifugation, etc., which also varies significantly from industry to industry.
In this study, it utilizes the advantage of cleaning equipment by itself, in order to offset service staff not enough or instead of cleaning by service staff, reducing accident in job, reducing cleaning time or changing the time of producing different paper grade, increasing tank clean, reducing dirty point on sheet and achieve water saving and time saving.
