Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to research the impacts of employee profit sharing and corporate governance on employee turnover. The sample data is from Taiwan Economic Journal (TEJ). To collect raw data and analyze with descriptive statistics, relative factor and regression analysis. From research result, it was found that cash profit sharing is beneficial to steady human resource. Stock profit sharing makes employee turnover increased. Cash and stock profit sharing is also beneficial to steady human resource. The impact of cash profit sharing is especially obvious. Besides, it was found that stock right proportion, the size of directorate and the size of company are obviously negative correlation between employee turnover. General manager served by CEO is obviously positive correlation between employee turnover.
