After the advancing network technology, electronic bulletin boards, chat rooms and e-mail instantly became a new medium of communication tools. For the characteristics of electronic bulletin boards, chat rooms and instant email don’t meet the needs of modern people. Instant messaging system (IMS) was released to cause the majority response. However, the process of developing IMS, we can learn from send text IM functionality into a medium of communication tools. It has to transfer images, sounds, files, pictures and other multifunctional communication transmitted by diverse clues to make up for the lack of nonverbal in IM. This study attempts to investigate today's popular communications software from Line textures. For example, try to assume communication effectiveness and user Line stickers hesitate negative relationship with the concept. Importing the social presence forms the basic structure of the study. This study explored the theme of "Line stickers communication effectiveness", "social presence", "user hesitation" Relationship. We study the sample for at least 18 years-old, with a capacity of adults. And we have used map Line who is the object, issuing questionnaires, obtaining the following results: (1) The effectiveness of Line stickers has negative effect to users hesitation. (2) The social level presence of Line stickers is not particularly significant to Line sticker communication process.
