The study found the following four items:First, builders should be a quality improvement capacity; Second, builders have the ability to quickly complete; Third, builders have the organizational ability to communicate; Fourth , transformation and cross-industry co-operation. Builders in different business environment, organizational flexibility and organizational performance between the evolution of the following five points: environmental factors, transformation and business strategy, the establishment of physical resources, intangible resources to sustain and operator response. This study, flexibility within the organization and external business strategies business strategies to make the following pairs of spindle specific recommendations, and provide practical profession and the follow-up study reference, internal business strategy recommendations: Total core competencies, for the external environment, understanding and expand organizational performance and leadership by ambition, etc.; The recommendations of the external business strategy: to create a market of dollars to develop an enabling environment, strengthen one's own costs and builders to provide comprehensive management services. Builders operating strategy, should be adjusted flexibly by the product-oriented organization into a customer-oriented, general construction manufacturing, and regain the initiative to step up to create a management and providing effective services to increase sustainable access to work opportunities is the organization's most flexible important places.
