Taking family business as a moderator, the study analyzed its moderating effect on the relationship between information transparency and company's management performance. The total of data collected from listed companies was 10,209 samples from 2005 to 2013. The empirical results found that information transparency presented a significant positive impact on the company's management performance. With the family business, it can enhance the positive effect of information transparency on the company's earnings per share (EPS) and return on equity (ROE).
