Research data were collected from public elementary schools in Hsinchu county and city, a total of 169 groups, 676 questionnaires were collected from directors, group leaders and teachers by multi-source assessment amount collected paired data. The study found the leadership authorization has no significant effect to service satisfaction but has a significant positive effect to task performance. The study also found the leadership authorization has no significant effect to service satisfaction and task performance under the interference of the gender mainstreaming.
