Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study investigated the influence of services satisfaction and task performance by the leadership empowerment, as well as verification of the interference effect of the gender mainstreaming among the leadership empowerment, service satisfaction and task performance. Research data were collected from public elementary schools in Hsinchu county and city, a total of 169 groups, 676 questionnaires were collected from directors, group leaders and teachers by multi-source assessment amount collected paired data. The study found the leadership authorization has no significant effect to service satisfaction but has a significant positive effect to task performance. The study also found the leadership authorization has no significant effect to service satisfaction and task performance under the interference of the gender mainstreaming.
