Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === The main purpose of this study is to discuss the impacts of information system quality and conformity on acceptance of WeChat, mobile communication application, in the first and second tier cities in Mainland China.
A survey was conducted in Shanghai and Nanning. On the one hand, there are 268 complete questionnaires received in Shanghai, giving a 89.3% response rate, and 256 of them are useful. On the other hand, there are 270 complete questionnaires received in Nanning, giving a 90.0% response rate, and 254 of them are useful.
The findings of this research indicate that: (1) In Shanghai and Nanning, information system quality positively affects perceived usefulness. (2) In Shanghai and Nanning, information system quality positively affects perceived ease to use. (3) In Shanghai, perceived ease to use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness; In Nanning, perceived ease to use is not reached significant impact on perceived usefulness. (4) In Shanghai and Nanning, perceived usefulness is not reached significant impact on behavioral intention to use. (5) In Shanghai and Nanning, perceived ease to use has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use. (6) In Shanghai and Nanning, conformity has a positive effect on subjective norm. (7) In Shanghai, subjective norm is not reached significant impact on behavioral intention to use; In Nanning, subjective norm has a positive effect on behavioral intention to use. (8) The difference between Shanghai and Nanning has a significant moderation on the relationship beteen conformity and subjective norm. (9) The difference between Shanghai and Nanning does not have any significant moderation on the relationship beteen subjective norm and behavioral intention to use.
