碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 103 === In this study, older Chinese painting artist, popular contemporary Chinese painting artist, painting artists in Taiwan predecessors of Christie, Ravenel, and Sotheby's have become the basis of mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan auction companies, e.g. auction Ya Chang index record , Construction of 2003 - 2013 Chinese regions oil painting average price index, the average price index returns and S & P 500 index, the Shanghai Composite Index, Hang Seng, and Singapore's Straits Times Index which are individually analyzed through regression analysis with ANOVA comparison of different types of paintings and transaction data. According to regression analysis, empirical results show that the price of the Greater China region and the capital market indices painting has no significant correlation. The trend of the capital and art auction market is shown in separate markets. By mixing the art market and capital market investment portfolio, investment risks can be diversified.
