For able to quickly solve the problems of people processes and Taiwan under the automation and sophistication of the trend, combined with the machine and technology. The people use the computers to control, and produced the Computer Numerical Control (CNC). CNC industry needs knowledge of human to research and development high-end products. Let manufacturer’s operating performance continues to rise. The purpose of this study aims to explore the impact of employees selection and training on the operation performance in H company. Which is a case study and in-depth interviews research to understand in H company personnel at all levels’ idea. The conclusions are obtained: selection good employees can really bring better performance for the company, but training is more important. If employees don't want to teamwork and understand the company's culture, resulting in the company's performance limited increase. R & D units focusing on teamwork and mutual exchange and learning, through the layers of training so that employees and companies gain benefit. Key Words: Selection, Training, Operation Performance
