The Establishment of Assessment Model for Small Travel’s Economic Benefit in Community

碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士班 === 103 === In this research, from the perspective of community operators, aimed at the investment remuneration and financial evaluation of small travel in their community, 36 combined plans are combined according to 3 kinds of traveling charges, 3 traveling contents, 3 kinds of traveling days and 2 kinds of number of visitors, and the net present value, internal rate of return and payback period are analyzed. The analysis results show that the combined plans of small travel in 6 communities conform to the return on investment, i.e. 2,500 NTD, which is in the medium price, and besides, the visitors can have a fun for two days and one night regardless the activity contents, and can be provide with market for different selections. In the low price grade of 1,800 NTD, those conforming to the return on investment is one-day trip, without limitation in activity contents, but the handling of small travel in the community is not a large sales model like travel agency, it is indeed not easy to adopt the low price strategy in the market, and the feasible traveling will cause a loss situation to the community or tourists. Besides, 3,200 NTD belongs to the high-price plan, the little trip can constitute a feasible plan conforming to the economic benefit, although this can bring income to the community, there also exists the doubt whether the community can provide traveling conforming to the high expense, so that the consumers can accept such high-price traveling. Upon verification, the return on investment of 36 combined plans of the little trip of community is partially supported, while handling little trip in the community can make profit and increase income of community, and the economy of scale is also feasible. This research provides the government departments with suggestions according to the analysis result, in order to assist the market planning, traveling planning, search the accommodation condition and entertainment service study, the community cooperates with travel agency, ventures internally and controls the entertainment service and operation cost. In addition, the follow-up researcher can discuss the suggestions on long-tracking research of individual entity aimed at different tourism patterns and non-economic benefit.
