A questionnaire survey design was employed and quantitative research was adopted in this study, which sourced the empirical data from elementary school teachers in Hsinchu city. 325 questionnaires were issued and 271 were collected. Among those 271 questionnaires, 244(75.07%) were valid while the other 27 were invalid. Those collected questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis by SPSS. The findings of this study are as follows: 1.Elementary school teachers with different background variables in terms of marital status, age ,years of service and post. 2.Job rotation has obvious positive influences on justice perceptions. 3.Justice perceptions has obvious positive influences on job performance. 4. Job rotation has obvious positive influences on job performance. 5. Justice perceptions has mediation effects on job rotation and job performance.
