The main purpose of the research papers explore Taiwan's financial industry is currently working environment, traditional male the stereotype and cognition in the work, financial work-life balance programs, banking male perspective work-life balance programs. This study used qualitative interviews to five male workers that are non-competent. They work in the banks of central Taiwan over seven years. Interview method used semi-structured and the interview has been recorded as a source of data collection of this study. Data analysis methods based primarily thematic analysis. Interview by writing draft and draft overall reading interviews to understand the context of the respondents would like to express and to interpret. Read the full interview is issued again to analyze its structure and rebuilding experience. Identify common themes and other steps to analyze the banking male workers currently the case to the difficulty, pressure, imbalance causes and we hope that banks can offer work-life balance programs.
