The study by the National Basketball Referees of questions, to be a basketball coach to answer questionnaires collected, 103 written questions in the National Basketball Referees used C-class, the most against the rules to clarify the foot or dribbling adopted exam, questions of right and wrong title , In case the title is not completely sure of the narrative, emphasizing never guess title. Optional (?) That does not understand, for the three-point scale used in this study, those who give correct answers 3 points, 2 points given up to the wrong person, choose (?) Were given 1 point, when repeated too many mistakes or not when understand options, consider whether this problem as a coach class, the required courses to strengthen the rule. When the statistical error of questions and do not understand the problem, but also can reduce the chance of invalid papers this paper therefore enhance reliability and validity. In this study, 103 participat in the National Age Group National Zhongzhou Cup Basketball Championship of basketball coach for the study, issued a total of 130 papers, 122 valid papers, the recovery rate of 94%. Data Processing Mining frequency allocation table, descriptive statistics, item analysis, cross analysis, factor analysis.
