This study enrolled Judo trainers at schools of all levels as the research subjects, and used purposive sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. A total of 165 questionnaires were distributed, and 165 questionnaires were returned. After 10 invalid questionnaires were excluded, there were a total of 155 valid questionnaires, with a valid return rate of 93.94%. This study used descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-moment correlation to analyze data. The research results showed that: subjects’ background variables - “seniority of Judo teaching” and “total monthly income” have a significant effect on leisure participation, work stress, and job satisfaction. For leisure participation, the score of the dimension “social activities” was the highest. For work stress, the score of the dimension “organizing external matters” was the highest. For job satisfaction, the score of the dimension “working partner” was the highest. According to the Pearson product-moment correlation, the overall work stress of Judo trainers at schools is negatively correlated with their overall job satisfaction. In the end, it is hoped that the research results can be provided as reference for school Judo trainers to attach importance to personal work stress, learn personal stress management, and seek and maintain a beneficial support system. Moreover, Judo trainers are also advised to increase participation in leisure activities and adjust physical and psychological conditions to reduce the impact of negative emotions.
