Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 103 === This study intended to inquire the relationship among life stress、sport involvement and emotional management of elementary high graders. The study adopted “The Questionnaire of Life Stress、Sport Involvement and Emotional Management of Elementary High Graders”. 537 elementary high graders were sampled, 511 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective response rate is 95%. Data were analyzed with the statistical methods including stepwise multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The conclusions of the study were as follows:
1.There were significant negative effects on emotional management by life stress of elementary high graders.
2.There was no significant effect on emotional management by the intervention between sport involvement and life stress of elementary high graders. But There were significant positive effects on emotional management by the intervention between learning pressure and centrality of elementary high graders.
3.There were moderating effects by sport involvement in life stress to emotional management of elementary high graders; there was part of moderating effect by self-expression and centrality in self-stress to emotional management; there was part of moderating effect by centrality in self-stress to emotional awareness.
According to the conclusions, this study may provide some suggestions for educational authorities, family educational organizations and the future researchers.
