According the investigation of EOLembrain on 2012, it shows there are nearly 90% people will use smart phone to read the QR Code. This study used literature reviews based on understanding the features and application of QR Code. To organize the factors that will affect the modern information technology, explore the Critical Success Factor of installing QR Code into Campus Administrative Information Systems, investigate users and the quality of systems and influence of important priority order of factors between organizations. This study used survey procedure. Utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the layer structure and pairwise comparison matrix and designing the questionnaire of pairwise comparisons evaluation. To use expert survey on a case in campus to evaluate main framework and relative weights of assessed target and choose a best project through the priority order of weights after all the layer of framework has been completed. The result of this research finds out that the most important factor to affect the main framework of using QR Code in Campus Administration Information Systems is the users. Furthermore, in the layer of assessed target, the users’ satisfaction, executives’ support and the participated attitude of users, these three items have higher relative weights than other targets. Those factors are the Critical Success Factors to influence the using of QR Code in Campus Administration Information Systems and can be classified as important evaluated targets when importing QR Code into Campus Administration Information Systems comprehensively in the future.
