Job competences and organizational commitment are not entirely produce significant differences due to personal attributes. Therefore, the organization's employees have better job competences and organization's identity will be a good help for the company's overall job competences. Companies can give employees a personalized incentives to encourage employees, so that employees in a positive state in order to stimulate more research and development force.
