碩士 === 大葉大學 === 設計暨藝術學院碩士班 === 103 === 　　"Fu-Sing Granary" for Taiwan's few still intact old granary buildings and equipment in recent years to enhance the cultural connotation of the people, the government began to pay attention to historic monuments, historic buildings adaptive re-use, the government has actively promoted the use of existing granary at Fu-Sing building into exhibition space, which results in activation of the life history of building space, building imagery represent Taiwan through history, thus activating the spirit of place so that the continuity of history and culture is worthy of our attention, however, transformed the space efficiency is required exploration and evaluation. 　　The researchers thus starting to explore Fu-Sing granary of the old space into use after the exhibition space, it generates usage into spatial planning and efficiency in the use after the exhibition space, with literature review and conduct the public sector and curated by depth interviews to gather information and adopt questionnaire survey to understand visitors experience and feelings of the conclusions and recommendations in order to provide a reference to revitalize historic buildings of sustainable development, spatial orientation historical reconstruction, building a new opportunity for the regeneration. 　　The results found through research dilemma Fu-Sing granary currently recycling to include: 1. identity is limited to the historic building resistance also help. 2. place relatively less visibility and publicity activities. 3. The funding is difficult to open, only to choke. 4. The lack of integration of the use of resources. 5. Multiple operation of the plan is not clear. 6. Property and Management Unit responsibilities is difficult to distinguish. 　　If you can clear positioning Fu-Sing granary, granary Fu-Sing investment professionals to strengthen the connotation of hardware and software, and develop its own characteristics Fu-Sing granary, to diversify funding sources at managers and business direction, will contribute to the future development of Fu-Sing granary and sustainable development.
