A total of 378 questionaires are collected from elementary school education staffs in Changhua County. The empirical results are as follows.
1. The satisfaction of supporting policies of taxation facilitates
school effectiveness.
2. The satisfaction of supporting policies of taxation facilitates
the organizational commitments.
3. The organizational commitments facilitate school
effectiveness.
4. The organizational commitments mediate the relationship
between satisfaction of supporting policies of taxation and
school effectiveness.
