The company which focus on raising turnover rate of stock and cost down with the minimum price will get more profit than the company which focus on goods and material of reserves. Others with negative comment think that the mass order with the minimum price doest not ensure to make the most profit. When the company can accept stock out and consider to purchase some or all of the same products from other company they can access Silver-Meal Heuristic. in order to decide the best production timing and production. It can reach the minimum of production management costs. This research according to Single-Line Multi-Stage Flow-shop Production System and Economic Ordering Quantity(EOQ) of the cost estimate (includes self-production and outside-purchasing). EOQ is Control Group, and Simulating Silver-Meal Heuristic is Experimental Group. Moreover, according to the average unit cost of production plan and material demand and compare the difference of the average unit cost between Control Group and Experimental Group. It can access the feasibility if small company draws on Silver-Meal Heuristic for production scheduling and control system. (PSCS) The result of data analysis shows Silver-Meal Heuristic method is better than EOQ.
