| Summary: | 碩士 === 大漢技術學院 === 流通與行銷管理研究所 === 103 === This study was designed to investigate the obstruction of Hualien County juvenile status of autonomy, the causes of crime, and to explore the effectiveness of the existing system and guidance, the study of the building of Taiwan's Hualien District Court juvenile crime database from 2011-2014, a total of 144 juveniles crime data through its database analyzed using SPSS statistical conduct comprehensive descriptive statistics, chi-square test, the specific reactions of juvenile delinquency status of collection of Hualien County. Meanwhile, the study also combines depth information, gain admittance qualitative data analysis, collected 58 juvenile guidance records in 2014-2015, while the effectiveness of counseling do Analysis and discussion. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:
1.Obstruction of sexual autonomy juvenile male juvenile majority, Age 12-16 years of age（juvenile pre）majority, occupational mostly are students, non-intact family backgrounds mostly organizations.
2.The results of this study show, crime physiological elements: on the “sex” and “marital status of delinquent parents” two variables reach statistical significant difference. Shows Juvenile victims of sexual autonomy and anti-sex, parenting function relationship.
3.The crime factors in the family, the results showed that “juvenile family organization” achieve statistically significant differences. In particular, the growth rate of small family single-parent families is higher than the family background of juvenile delinquency and grandparents. Parents play a parental function as the mail factors.
4.In this study, environmental awareness and cultural tactors, achieve a statistically significant difference was found in the status of delinquent parents. If parents can not effectively discipline juvenile, or excessively spoiled teenager. It can cause compression of the lower juvenile or vulnerable to external factors attracting, thereby affecting teenagers have a high probability of sexual offenses.
5.In the qualitative analysis tutorial, that deal with psychological counseling course assist juvenile (interpersonal), family(systems), social, school (interpersonal)、other (self-monitoring)and other crimes elements. But physiological factors on the course is limited by the scope of psychotherapy.
6.Factor, but the processing of physiological factors on the course of psychotherapy is limited by block, this study suggests For strengthening juvenile crime should be further impede sexual autonomy with physical therapy (system or drug treatment).
